Painted Ladies layer cake friendly Quilt Pattern FTQ968

I have seen so many fun butterfly blocks over the years and some of my favorites have been in both the modern and vintage categories. I guess women have loved butterflies for a long time! I thought it was time to make our own Fig Tree version of this classic block. We decided to make it both as a table runner, perfect for spring and summer, and as a lap quilt. You can of course just keep adding blocks for the butterfly lover in your life!
